What happens if there is a Maintenance problem at my property or in my unit?
Maintenance requests are handled through a tenant portal. Each maintenance request will be copied onto the owner of the building and there will be a record on file for any work done. If you are a tenant in need of immediate assistance please reach out through the 'contact' page or text/call the number on the bottom of this page.
Does Highway 61 do any work outside of Chicago?
While we have a lot of connections in the Chicago area and can help you find the right neighborhood for your investment goals, we are open to finding you a property anywhere. Yes anywhere.
